Hamlet Court Road in Harmony is a multi-cultural family friendly street festival founded by the late Josephine Melville. With music, poetry, art, community stalls, kids corner and activities, the festival is an annual celebration of all things Westcliff and its community.
The Tempo Collective are delighted to return to perform to celebrate the diversity and talent in our hometown, as well as commemorating the legacy of the fantastic Josephine Melville, who championed community, arts and culture in Southend and beyond.
